Frigidaire Front Loading Washer

I am a consumer who is very frustrated with the local company that is

to provide service to Maryland customers who are unfortunate enough

to have purchased your appliance. That company is Apple Appliance

Service [301-577-6780] and they are as incompetent as they can

possibly be. They do not answer a phone. You always must leave a

message that is not heard until after hours. They leave a message

for you as a response, because they are not going to try to talk to

you asap. That would require them to move faster than a

turtle. Electrolux Warranty corporation has this one service vendor

that does shoddy work. They order the wrong parts and there you go

-- waiting another week or more for your appliance to be repaired.

I will never buy another Frigidaire appliance.
