Dishwasher Repair.... ATTENTION: Mr. Aylwin Lewis President and Ceo I AM SO ANGRY. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT, AND THE EXECUTIVE MAN (?) HANDLING CSR CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS MAY AS WELL BE A ZOMBY!!! IN ADDITION, HE WAS THE 4TH PERSON TO WHICH I WAS TRANSFERRED! HE DROVE ME TO TOTAL LOST ANGER CONTROL, AND HE HUNG UP ON ME!!! HERE'S MY STORY: I PURCHASED A HOME THAT WAS BEING BUILT IN 2005. IN AUGUST, 2005, I REQUESTED THAT THE BUILDER, SCHAEFFER CONSTRUCTION CO, PUT IN A KENMORE DISH WASHER AND MICROWAVE (WHICH WERE EXPENSIVE UPGRADES.) HOWEVER, I DID NOT MOVE IN UNTIL, SEPTEMBER 2006, THAT'S A LITTLE OVER 9 MONTHS OF DISHWASHER USE WHICH I DO NOT USE MORE THAN ONCE OR TWICE A WEEK BECAUSE I AM THE ONLY OCCUPANT THAT LIVES IN MY HOME! THIS MORNING THE DISHWASHER QUIT WORKING. IT APPEARS THAT THE COMPUTER RUN CONTROLS ARE NOT WORKING. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY! I'VE SPENT CLOSE TO $7 - $8,000 ON YOUR PRODUCTS, IE: MICROWAVE, DISHWASHER, HIGH END WASHER AND DRYER, TOP OF THE LINE REFRIGERATOR. I TRULY FEEL SEARS SHOULD REPLACE THE DISHWASHER FOR FREE. I HAVEN'T EVEN USED IT FOR ONE YEAR AND IT'S NOT WORKING. MY CHILDREN WARNED ME NOT TO BUY SEARS APPLIANCES AS THEY ARE CONTINUALLY IN REPAIR. YOUR WONDERFUL EXECUTIVE CSR REP INSISTED THAT I HAVE TO PAY A SERVICE FEE AND REPAIRS. THIS IS NOT FAIR. I HAVEN'T USED THE DISHWASHER THAT MUCH AND IT SHOULD NOT BE NEEDING REPAIRS IN LESS THAN A YEAR OF ONCE A WEEK USE!!! I FEEL IT SHOULD BE FIXED FOR NO COST TO ME. YOU HAVE THE WORST CSR DEPARTMENT EVER AND APPARENTLY YOUR APPLIANCES ARE NO LONGER RELIABLE. I WOULD LIKE AN IMMEDIATE RESPONSE FROM A CEO, PRESIDENT, SOMEONE OF AUTHORITY WHO NEEDS TO KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON WITH THE SEARS CORPORATION. AT THIS POINT I WILL NO LONGER BUY ANYTHING ELSE AT SEARS, NOR SAY ANYTHING POSITIVE ABOUT SEARS. IN FACT, IF I CAN'T GET THIS FIXED FREE OF CHARGES OR REPLACED I WILL CONTACT KCRA CONSUMER COMPLAINTS AND GET THIS ON TV AND LET THE REST OF THE PUBLIC KNOW JUST HOW SHADY AND SEEDY SEARS IS, AND JUST HOW REALLY UNRELIABLE THEIR PRODUCTS ARE! STEP #3 WILL BE TO CALL MY LAWYER, LES HAIT, ATTORNEY AT LAW, AND LET HIM TAKE CARE OF THIS DISGUSTING SITUATION OF THE "REAMING" OF THE PUBLIC BY SEARS. I STARTED MY LIFE WITH KENMORE PRODUCTS AND ALWAYS THOUGHT THEY WERE EXCELLENT APPLIANCES. THEY USED TO LAST A VERY, VERY LONG TIME WITHOUT ANY REPAIRS. ONE COULD FEEL SECURE WITH SEARS APPLIANCES! NO LONGER IS THAT TRUST THERE. SEARS CANNOT BE TRUSTED. YES, I KNOW THERE IS A 1 YEAR WARRANTY; HOWEVER, THE DW HAS BEEN USED ONLY 9 MONTHS AND ONLY ONCE A WEEK.
