Burger King # 01549 Fresno California I waited 40 minutes in the drive thru not knowing if I would get any help. There were no signs of any Burger King employee to acknowledge you if you will get service. I kept saying, "Hello, is anyone there?" There were no answers. It was 10:00pm at night and the drive thru menu was not lit...there were no light at all so you cannot see the menu. When I I finally got some help. The girl (Ramona) was no help. She was rude in general and did not seem like she wanted to help. She got my order all wrong. I order 6 whopper juniors and she gave me the regular whoppers. When I asked why it was so high she did not explain to me. I also asked to see my receipt and she did not give it to me until I went out of my car and knock on the drive thru window and ask it form the shift manager. He told me to wait. Then (Ramona) grabbed it and shoved it into my hands and gave me dirty looks. I don't think I did anything wrong. I simply asked to see my reciept so I can fix the problem before they start making the wrong item. So I had to go park my car. They did not open the door for me and I had to walk around to the drive thru. The other customers were also complaining of their service. Cars were honking. Therefore, I cancel my order and asked for my refund. When I recieved my refund the manager ripped me off a dollar of my change. Please informed people that this Burger King is not a people place. They have poor customer service and does not care about consumers.
