Red Roof Inn , Chattanooga

On 3 June I had a reservation for the Red Roof Inn number 162. located =

in Chattanooga , TN. After 10hrs of driving I arrived to check in ( =

7pm )... The clerk was very rude and inept. I finally got my room and =

guess what my room wasn't clean. First were the wet towels just inside =

the door, the bed wasn't made and the best was the bathroom. Someone =

had urinated over the toilet and there were blood stains in the bathtub. =

Located a maid to ask her to please make up the room, couldn't =

communicate with her as she didn't speak english.. Went to the room to =

call desk.. phone didn't work... so walked to the office to complain =

.... Clerk said she didn't have time... so I had to clean up in the =

sink.

I wrote a letter of complaint to the owner manager of the motel and =

haven't recieved any reply.
