Re Bell Sympatico

Origionally I was with Bell Sympatico after seeing advertisments etc

promising great service and tec support.Well everytime I needed Tec support

I ended up with a non english speaking person who became frustrated

because I could nt understand her. Finanlly I could nt find anyone to

contact they just kept switching me to china.I cancelled and went with

Netscape -Great Tec service. After about a year and several phone calls

from bell I was given an incentive to return to Sympatico withthe promise

that the Tec support would be there.Well after a rain storm I needed support

4 DAYS LATER no help. The 4th day I literally spent 6 hrs while they

hung up accidentally lol. Put me on hold at least 10 times as they were

taking an english lesson never finishing a sentance.I asked several times

upon calling back to speak to some one in canada or at least some one who

had command of the english language.They refused and cotinued their

memorized speach . A freind told me about Auracom at 1/2 the price within

minutes they told me exactly what was wrong .within minutes they walked me

through the setup and I was back on line .They called the very next day and

asked if I was satisfied.E mailed me Amazing . My husband called to cancel

Sympatico today and well what would you know was finally got someone to talk

english . They said they could not cancel it till 14th of next month and

told him that we would not be getting MSN if we cancelled. He explained the

problem and they were very unconcerned. Please would anyone like to take the

plunge give it a shot try your luck .call tec support you ll just love it

.I would have made my complaint to Sympatico but I wouldn t know where to e

mail and calling would do no good. Guess we are not very important .I am

looking around now fora new telephone provider .Any suggestion s as I live

rurally .Thank you for listening .Any suggestions would be appreciated.Its

time to give credit where credit is due . Jean

I am currently with techsavy for internet, and so far it is great service! Has gone down once, but the power left right after, so i assume it was the thunder storm that caused it!

For phone service, try sprint or rogers... or if you happen to live in quebec, try videotron.
