Air Deccan/ Baggage Department I like to bring to every one notice my experience with Air Deccan. My baggage was not loaded at Bangalore airport. Not finding my bag in Mumbai I inform the concerned person for the same. He gave be the phone number to contact next day. I have been calling them 10 times in last 2 day, they always say we will get back to you in 30 min.. and that 30 mins never end. It look the the staff of air Deccan are just passing there shift time and some how ask customer to enquire in some one else shift time. The team Mumbai and Bangalore are complaining about each other to customer. Mumbai baggage team says ..Bangalore tis not responding to there request. And when I call up Bangalore they say no enquiry from Mumbai is yet done. My flight details : 13 may 8:50 flight (Bangalore to Mumbai) Its really painful experience, it looks like all management team is sleeping and also passing there time. All contact mail have response for me. All even the phone numbers are not attended.
