godrej refridgerator :: customer care

Hello ,

In the last December i purchased godrej refrigerator . I was thinking

like that is the best product i have purchased . It is giving me full

satisfactory results .

But i am badly unhappy with customer service in Noida ( delhi

region ) .From last 4 days refridgerator has some problem and i am

calling to customer care and that service is very poor .

we have customer care number in delhi : 011 26935544 : Traffic on

phone is very heavy , No one is there to attend the calls. i have

callled atleat 60- to 70 times in a two day then i succedded to talk

CC representative only two time and they register my complaints and

give me some noida based number which are never working .

I am very much dissatisfied with service provided by CC . I really

didn't know to whome i should contact.

I am very much dissatisfied with service.

I have paid Rs.2000 for Service.But he not provide services.Customer care and that service is very poor.And his employee give no response .

Plz Never Purchase Godrej goods.
