Retail Services at P.O.box 60147, City of Industry

I paid a bill for $20.27 with a check. Retail services cashed the check for $20.00 and then billed me for the $0.27 plus $4.00 in interest charges. Since they destroy the checks, I have only my check stub to prove that I wrote the check for the correct amount.

This is pure and simple fraud.
