Complain against Airtel

I am forwarding my complain which I wrote to Airtel.

Please read below mail(In bold) where you informed there is no outstanding Now why you are saying there is outstanding amount.When we will stop generate bills.I don't know whats the problem with Air Tel.You can't deny your own e-mail.
