My name is Nazila Malek, Acct #: SAUSSABV0012350 I have received a

letter from Direct Mail Division, PIN#: TRM8774 regarding a Delinquent

Amount of $99.80 after I have returned from an overseas trip. I have

contacted the collection office today in order to understand what this

charge is all about and talked to a lady by the name of Sitar (Not sure

of the spelling). She advised that per her knowledge I had given my

"credit card" information to Sky Alexander for some sort of gifts or

psychic reading or lucky numbers or whatever. I informed the Collection

Lady, Sitar that I have never given my credit card information to anyone

or any organization and intent not to do that at all; however, since I

have received this letter, I am requesting to receive the "Original"

letter or "Contract" that I have singed for anything that was proposed

by Skye Alexander which caused me to receive this letter/statement.

Hence, in order for me to pay this amount, I need to receive a copy of

the contract or letter in which I have signed to ensure that I actually

owe any money to this organization and knowing that it's legitimate,

otherwise, I can not just pay whoever that decides to send an statement

to pay $99.80 for any service that I may have not signed up for.

So, kindly provide me the info. below and to either the address OR Email

address given below.
