Gas Connection

I am from Trivandrum, Kerala.

We have Indane gas connection with two cylinders in my family. When we ( Me and my husband ) shifted to a rented house at Kazhakkuttom we took one cylinder from my house and refilled the cylinder with house owner's card (since they not using the card) from 'S.N Gas Agency' at Kaniyapuram. We refilled the cylinder without any problem for 4-5 months. One month they give an HP cylinder since they are also an agent of HP and at that time there is no filled indane cylinder. When we refused to take the HP cylinder they said they will replace it with indane cylinder when the stock comes. Since we have urgent need we took that cylinder. After 1 week when we contacted the agency for replacing, the agency was closed and the near shopper's said the agency's license cancelled and they gone. From that month we have no way to refill or change the cylinder. We enquired so many ways and nothing happen. Since we have no ration card we cant take a new connection. From that day we are

using restaurents for our food. If there is any way to change this cylinder to indane ( so that my parents can get their cylinder back )? Also we want to know about how to take a new connection without ration card ( We are working in Technopark, on the basis of our job proof ). Please let us know if there is any chance to get a cylinder.
