Dear Customer Service,

I shifted my house from Vijnana Nagar(near HAL) to

Doddanakundi(near Marathahalli), I applied for transferring my BSNL

Landline connection (080 25346720)on 07-04-2007, but till after 2 months

I didn't get back my connection to the new place, BSNL would have taken

Rs.2000 as a deposit for the Landline connection, When I call to the

customer care service for this , they are giving different land line

numbers and forcing me to call to the new numbers, Right now I have

almost 20 land line numbers with me, and no body is picking up the

phone, if somebody picks up the phone they are give another number, I

lost more that Rs.400 only because of calling to those numbers. I do

call to the BSNL Area Manager, Division Engineer of Marathahalli, but

they are also doing the same.

Even I am facing the exact similar issue.It has really poor customer service and pathetic response.And I see N number of complaints logged on BSNL services.Inspite of all this i wonder if there is any reformation or action being done in the system.Horrible!!

I too have the same problem. I have also applied for the new connection but still no action is being carried out form BSNL. How to get the managers number who is currently looking into this.
