Eukanuba Dachshund - Adult

Dear Eukanuba: YOU MADE MY DACHSHUND OVER-WEIGHT!!

I purchased the Adult - Dachshund food for my dog thinking it would be beneficial to him because it was specific to his breed - I regret that decision. He was given the same usual portions, yet he seemed to gain a substantial amount of weight in a short period of time. I am very dissatisfied with the results and have discontinued this type of food and went back to his regular food.

I am a dissatisfied customer and I would hope you would consider refunding me for the purchase of the 7lb. bag of food.

What...you didn't NOTICE your dog was getting fatter?? how can you miss that. Did you exercise your dog adequately and reduce its food intake when additional treats were given? You shouldn't even OWN a dog if you let it get that obese it couldnt walk. That is cruelty to animals, Now you have the GALL to blame the pet food mnufacturer? What a complete joke, It is your own fault, you were too ignorant and lazy to notice what you were doing to your dog.

I have 2 Dachshunds and I thought I was feeding them the best food because of the brand Eukanuba and made for Dachshunds, I didn't notice how fat my dogs were getting until one of them couldn't walk anymore. He was only 5 years old and we just had to have him put to sleep. Now my other Dachshund, she is only 4 years old and is ballooned out and having trouble walking. I am so upset, I paid extra money thinking I was feeding them the best food for my babies and realize now it was killing them.
