Complaint against BMG music service BMG Music Service P.O. Box 1958 Indianapolis, IN 46291-0010
I am writing you in regards to my account statement. The reason I cancelled my membership was because your company failed to fulfill the agreement. "Twelve c.d.'s for the price of one." I selectd on;y one which i got and had to pay the shipment charges. The other 7 are free and opted not to pick any of those.
Another package was delivered at my address which had 2 CD's in it. I did not open the package but i could see that the amount of 23.08$ was charged for it. This is not acceptable. When i have not ordered anything, the CD's shoild not have been shipped. Forget about the 7 free CD's. The company sends CD's of their cjoice without customer's intend of buying and charges the amount in return.
I have had a very bad experience till now. They do not have any of the customer care numbers where we can register our complaints. I have unsubscribed from the membership. The agreement states, I have the option to return the packages unopened.
Your company isn't hard to figure out. You make it as difficult as possible to contact customer service unless someone owes you money. Then you'll contact them. But only then. No toll free numbers, and no links to email on your website. Nice business. BMG Music Service is a shady business. You will not receive a dime from me so do whatever it is that you must do. I am not in the wrong. I will make copies of this letter and send it to collections, Better Business Bureau, website reviews, etc. Your company has made this an awful experience and I will let people know.
