COMPLAIT AGAINST CITIBANK PL DEPT

Dear sir

I am working in a Pvt.Ltd. company, I need your help. First of all I want to explain you what actually a case is,

I had got a call from citibank cannout place branch, by an exicutive Miss Monika, she offer me a Persnal loan of Rs. 1,50,000.

I ask here to explain the plan, so she explain me Loan will be at 19% reducing bases with 1% Processing Fee, so i applied for the

same & provide them my documents which they required for the process. Aftr that, i recive a confirmation call form the bank, they said me

you, ur loan of Rs. 1,10,000 is approved, but i said the amount confirmed to me is Rs. 1,50,000. Than they again send the case to Miss Monika,

& she reply me that this is due to here calculation mistake, she say sorry for that & force me to apply for Rs. 1,10,000. than the file again sent to

futher process. On next confirmation call, i surpriesed, when i konw that the processing fee is increased from 1% to 1.5%. I again object that the

commitment is of 1% processing fee, & your are telling 1.5%. They again sent the case to Mis monika, she said that processing fee rates diffrence is only 0.5%,

but this the matter of commitment, than i clearly told here to drop the case, i dont want to apply for PL. She said that i convert ur processing fee charge from 1.5% to 1%.

I said if it is 1% than only i will continue. After that i recive a confirmation call, for the loan the exicutive, confirm me the loan amount of Rs. 1,10,000

with 1% processing fee on dated 31-05-07. But very next day on dated 01-06-07, i recieved an confirmation SMS from citibank that ur loan amount of

Rs. 1,10,000 is approved, with 1.5% processing fee, it was very surprising for me, after that much of commitment & confirmation calls from the bank itself

how the plan can be change.

Sir u are requested to help me. & suggesed what should do next.
