In June of 2004 I MOVED. No problem for any other companies I deal with, but Bank of America could not manage to send me my bills. I have written many letters to them stating my address and giving them my e-mail address and up until March of 2007, I had received no bills or statements as they call them. In February I received a call from them that I needed to reinstate my auto payments, which I agreed to. Then a few days latter I received a call from them and the lady asked why I had been deliquent in my payments. I did not think much of this and restated that I wanted to continue with them reaching into my bank account but wished to change the payment dates. Thje dates were never changed and a few days latter I received a letter stating that they had not been receiving payments from me and they were going to take me to court. Naturally I called the swindlers and rudly inquired who's pocket the money was going into. At this point the gentlemen and I agreed that with the pay!

ment's I was making ($102.00) per month, my children would be paying off the debt and he offered to settle it for $300.00 and he would fax me the paperwork within 2 day's. It never came. In June I was contacted by another rep. Stating that I was doing such a good job with payments that in 22 months I would have the entire bill paid off but they needed to continue reaching into my account.... I denied this offer.... I am so tired of being lied to by them and at this point with all the payments I have made the original amount borrowed was paid off long ago. I am paying no more... I do not have a lot of records but what I have recorded on phone calls... they refuse to send me statements and are unwilling to correspond in writing. But I do have names and times of the people I have spoken to and am sure their phone records would back this up.
