I don't know that I need to specify exactly what the complaint is-it

seems pretty evident to me. The customer was very civil, even making an

effort to point out to the customer service representative that they

were lacking some essential information and kindly asking for it to be

sent. Instead he received a reply that I'm sure the representative

thought was very humorous but instead came off as highly sarcastic and

disrespectful, especially when they asked him if he wanted to try

asking again-for the information that any customer should be able to

expect.
