Hello,

My name is Tina Gursky. Four years ago I purchased on of you 64" Phillips TV's. Since I've had this product it has been in the shop three different times. I bought this TV new and paid over $4,000.00 for it. Now after the store warrenty is over this thing is needing attention once again! It sits in my living room and is nothing but a big piece of junk. I was told it may need a new tube. Is there anything you can do to help me?
