Sky Installation To whom it may concern, Account number : 621060484568 Job number : 46355810 In regards to my telephone conversation with a Sky employee over the last few days, I am extremely dissappointed with the customer service I have received. It was arranged that a Sky engineer would come and fit my Sky Plus Box on the 07th July ( which I should point out that you have debited our account with your fees) did not arrive. The appointment was re-arranged for the following day, which i was fairly satisfied with, however i was again contacted by a Sky engineer on this day to confirm that he would only be able fit the box between 7pm -10pm. I called Sky myself to ask if there was anything that could be done regarding this and they gurantee me that the engineer would be with me by 7pm that evening. On this information I stayed in Sunday evening waiting for the engineer, then to be called by him advising that he was not going to arrive at all. I have now rearrange my appointment, but feel very unconfident that this will be upheld. As you have already debited my account for your service, i should have received what i am paying for. I have spoken to Sky myself today and they are prepared to refund me £10.00 which i find a huge insult.
