Puppy Store - Orlando - sold me a sick dog

"The Puppy Store", "The Puppy Spot", "Nuts and Butts" (I've heard several

names, and my guess is that each is an attempt to rid themselves of their

bad - but probably true - reputation) on Colonial and Bumby in Orlando,

FL sold me a sick puppy. I bought my puppy in July 06 and a few weeks after

he started passing blood. He lost all strength and couldn't eat. When I

brought him to the emergency vet, he notified me that the puppy probably

never had his shots and that the shot records were falsified. Although the

stores claims that they are willing to help at any hour, their only response

was "you need to pay for an autopsy if he dies to prove that it's our fault

if you want a refund". Thanks for the 24 hour help - much appreciated. My

puppy wasn't even dead and they were telling me about the refund policy.

The vet also told me that he had an infection in his intenstines from the

time of birth which could have easily been detected if he had gotten the

health check-up that this store told me (and gave me fake records of) that

he had received. Please don't let this happen to you. Puppies become a

member of your family and it's too much heartache to go through (not to

mention financial stress).
