As you can see from below, that I have been clearly cheated by BID2WIN.IN ..

IF YOU GUYS CAN PUBLIZE THIS NEWS< THEN PEOPLE WILL BE ABLE TO SAVE BIG

BUCKS ON THESE SCAMSTERS.

Dear Sirs,

As you may have received a Consumer Complaint from us regarding thru

International Consumer Rights Promotion Council, and they had provided you

with 7 days grace period to reply, for which we have not received any, now,

we are being forced to file a case against your company, and we will do so,

but, I wanted to inform you the same before doing so. I will be taking legal

action and going to court within 7 days, if I do not hear from you. In

addition, I will ensure that the below is also notified to the Newspapers,

so that your customer base can be affected, and aware, of your company

cheating tactics.

All, I want is my Laptop, for which I have Bid and Paid, hence, the question

of Taxation does not arise. It has been over 4 Months now, and nothing has

come.

We hope you will close this case smoothly, if not, then I will surely see to

it, that my voice is heard.

NOTICE BEFORE TAKING ACTION AGAINST YOU

Dear Sir,

We have received a complaint against you form your consumer Mr. Rajeev

Kanjani of Mumbai (Tel. No. 27640632) that states as follows:

1) The consumer, Mr. Rajeev Kanjani had won bid of Rs. 0=04 paisa for

Compaq Presario Laptop on 14-1-2007.

2) Initially you refused to acknowledge the fact that the consumer has

won by saying that your bidding system and SMS system were faulty.

3) Later you agreed, and issued letter acknowledging that the consumer

has won the product.

4) After that you put a clause that the consumer needs to pay 30.6%

taxes.

5) The complainant has not received his prize till date.

6) You have conducted Restrictive Trade Practice and Unfair Trade

Practice by advertising for a product with intention not to deliver it for

free to the bidder, and putting terms that were not made clear while

inviting the bid.

Under such circumstances, we request you to deliver the product to the

consumer within 7 days after the receipt of this notice by you. Please also

compensate the consumer with Rs. 500 for causing him losses, mental agony

and harassment due to your Unfair Trade Practice and deficient services.

In case you fail to do so, we shall initiate further action against you

seeking delivery of the product with higher compensation of Rs. 50,000 for

losses, mental agony and harassment. All action will be at your costs and

risks, which please note.
