First, let me say that Long Fence and Windows has a great service

department. I should know because although my new replacement windows are

not 2 years old, they have been out to my home at least 4 times. Several

windows were sliding up and down, some would not close properly and most

recently, mold was forming on several of them.

I just had to have one of the windows totally replaced because THE SILICONE

IS LEAKING OUT OF IT!

There were several other windows that silicone was leaking out of, but the

service guy filed it off and advised me to call back if it started leaking

again. Well, surprise, at least 4 of the windows are leaking silicone again.

I have also noticed that every screen has separation at each corner which is

allowing small insects to come in.

I paid top dollar for these windows (I had 14 windows installed) and I

understand now why. The 100% lifetime warranty to pay for all of these

visits to correct what I feel is an entire set of defective windows. I will

be contacting the service manger on Monday, July 2 ,2007 with my latest

complaint, but I just checked every window, which I have to do every time it

rains, and when I found silicone leaking again, I felt I needed to share

this publicly
