I pay $113.81 and have been trying to talk to a human being about a problem with my cable box all I get is recordings no human beings.

I have 2 cable boxes. One cable box has has been scambled for 4 days now and

I CAN'T TALK TO ANYBODY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got so tired of listening to your machines I hung up redialed and pressed 4 to cancel and got another machine telling me I could not cancel.

Now I just send you $ 113.81 I want my money back and don't even think about sending me another bill. You people are a disgrace.

We are stuck with you because we are in fairfield county but there is always DIRECT TV.

AT&T all ready has my phone and my internet so I have my options
