The company store
I bought a water proof mattress pad from this store. I washed it twice and
the second time I tried to put it on the bed it shredded! I did not have
the receipt b/c I had washed it and used it already, and since it is a
mattress pad (which doesn't get changed very often, thankfully), the
"malfunction" occurred after the 90 day return policy. The store had a
record of the purchase. I explained how the pad had ripped. They said they
could not help me with it b/c it was beyond the return period. That would
be fine if I was just trying to return it b/c I didn't like it, but since it
obviously was faulty, I think they should refund my money.
