SPRINT PCS/CELL SERVICE I am typing this complaint about Sprint PCS, 1st and foremost I had = their service for 2 years and had nothing but trouble, from never = receiving my bill on time to having my phone continuously drop calls in = my home office on a daily basis while I was on the phone with clients. = I called to cancel my service after my two year contract was up and the = person in retention convinced me to try out a new phone because I had = and old one and that must have been the problem. I wanted to get a MP3 = player phone and was told that the Razor Phone could download music = files from my computer. After 4 hours of time on the phone with = multiple phone technicians I still couldn't down load songs. I called = back to cancel my service and was talked into trying the "Fusic Phone" = it worked like and MP3 player but still dropped calls in my home while I = was talking to clients. Keep in mind I was in constant contact with = Sprint reps the whole time this was going on. I asked specifically when = I called to turn off my service and when I got the "Fusic Phone" when I = needed to turn it off. I was told I had 30 days when I got the fusic = phone to try it out and if I wasn't satisfied I could return the phone. = I asked the phone rep the day I turned off my service to verify that I = was turning it off and sending my phone back in the correct time frame = and of course she said yes. I have asked for all of the notes on my = account to be sent to me and they refused to do it. Now they are trying = to charge me for canceling my two year contract. I will tell every one = I know and then some to never use Sprint. This is the single most worst = company I have ever done business with in my life. Again sprint is the = worst company I have ever done business with in my life will do nothing = but tell people the are horrible.
