Burget King- Sayre, PA

I have just recently eaten at the local Burger King right next to my work, as I have done in the past. It was a busy day, so I let people go in front of me. When there was no one left in line I went and ordered. With-in the 5 minutes that the cashier was getting my order, she got yelled at by all of her associates, except one who was in the rest room.(even the manager). The poor girl was in tears. After she got my food around, I went back to work and sat down, I was so furious that threw away my food and went back to talk to the lady in charge. I tried to talk to her but she kept saying that the cashier had been there long enough and that she should be holding her own by now. I kept reminding her that I have just taken my lunch out to complain and her other point then came "We have people that take 1/2 hour breaks and if they wait 15 minutes for their food, they only have 15 minutes to get back to work and eat". At that point I knew I wasn't getting anywhere, and

asked for a complaint form, she then told me that they don't give them out! What company doesn't have a complaint form?? Thank you, Ashley
