restaurant complain <html><div style='background-color:'><DIV> <P>Dear members of complains,</P> <P> Today Friday July 6, 2007, I went to the restaurant "Thanh Tam II" located at 577 Valencia Street, San Francisco, Ca 94110 and I did buy my food to go there as usual. I was eating at home when I found a hair on the food. Then, I decided to return the food and I went back to the restaurant. The cashier asked me: What happened? I said: "something is wrong with the food." He said: "What is wrong?" I said: "there is a hair in my food." He told the cook about what happen and she come and told me they could not give me the money back, but they could give me another dish for free. I said: sorry I can not eat like that, I rather my money back. She get very angry and said they can not do that, and that the hair did not belong to them. Then, she went to the register machine and gave me $3.00, but I said that is not what I had paid, and she decided to give me about $6.75 which was close to the money I paid. She gave me the money yelling at me that the hair did not belong to them and not other restaurant returns the money, I said: whatever, and she said "whatever, and do not come back anymore." <BR>This situation was very embarrasing for me and I hope it does not happen to anyone.</P> <P><BR>Welll, this is pretty much what I can say.
