I have had horrible service from these people. The saleslady Sandra Taylor

showed up on time for my consultation and to collect money, and since then

she had never returned one phone call. My check was cashed on May 31st and

the installation was to occur on June 19th and 20th. However, no one ever

showed up. I called and they informed me that my order was cancelled due to

a stop payment on my check. After explaining to them they had the wrong

account, the check had cleared my bank, they realized they cancelled the

wrong order and the soonest they would be able to reschedule was July 5th

and 6th. One person showed on the 5th to do a big job at my house, he

arrived at 11 am and didn't leave until 8pm and only two closets have been

completed. The salesperson measured my office closet wrong, so none of the

drawers opened and the bars to hang the clothes were behind the wall,

completely useless!! I spoke to all kind of managers and here I sit today,

with no phone call back and a no show for installation. This company is

terrible and their customer service sucks!! Do not use this company, as

once they receive your initial deposit, they could care less what happens to

you or your money.
