I purchased 3 books from Kevin Trudeau, "Natural Cures the Government

Doesn't Want you to Know About 1 and 2, and The Diet Cure." I ordered the

books over the phone using the number that I got from the TV advertisement.

When I called I could not speak a person it was entirely computerized. At

the time I ordered the books they offered to send me a monthly news letter.

I tried to decline the news three times before the recording finally said

thank you for your order. It never confirmed that I declined the news

letter and it kept trying to offer me more and more free gifts just for

trying it. The recording never told me what my total was or how much

shipping would be added.

The books arrived and there was not an invoice with them. I had to call and

get the total from my the bank. There was a news letter in with the books

and this upset me as I tried and tried to decline it. I called the number

listed on the welcome letter to tell them I did not want the news letter and

to be sure they did not charge my card for it. It was a toll call and I

listened to 20 minutes of sale pitches before the line rang once and

promptly disconnected me. I called back and again waited on hold listening

to the sales pitches for another 20 minutes before the same thing happened

again and I was disconnected. Quite aggravated by this time, I got on line

and sent Kevin Trudeau an email insisting that I not be sent any further

news letters and expressing my displeasure at their unsavory business

practices. I never received a response but the email was delivered.

The following month I got my credit card bill and I had been charged by

Natural Cures for a news letter that I did not receive. I called my credit

card company and told them what was going on. I had to fill out all of the

paperwork for them to get the charge removed. When I got my next statement

they had charged my card again, the card company removed both charges and

told me they would block any future charges from this company.

Well my card statement arrived this month and guess what was on the bill.

That's right a charge from Natural Cures. I called my bank and had to

report my card stolen because Natural Cures found a way to get the charge to

go through even the bank had blocked them.

These people do not use ethical business practices and I would caution any

one thinking about ordering anthing from them.
