Sea Mist Resort in Wells, Maine

I looked on line and found a great place to stay. I saw that there were

discounts. The girl there called and said that is not us. I said ok and

booked it anyway at $103.

I called because we were at friends and would be late the girls asked me

my name and because it is a long name I gave her the confirmation

number. She said rudely NO your name. I said excuse me and we went on.

We got the room it was dirty, stains on the rugs and chairs, it smelled,

it didn't have shampoo in the room. Called to get someone no answer at

the front desk.=20

The next morning I asked that a manager call me Monday morning to no

avail. No one called. So I called the hotel only to get another rude

person. She said I can't help you the managers aren't on until

Wednesday, well that was the holiday so I knew no one would call. She

put me on hold for a long time so I called back. She didn't answer the

phone so I called again. She was totally rude didn't want to hear my

questions.

Well, finally a manager called me and said only this. I have to talk to

them to see what happened. Of course they aren't going say what happened

it means their job. The manager was not interested at all in making me

happy.=20
