I went in the store to look at cameras and with out planning to I bought
one. They only had the sample which I didn't want so I had to have one
shipped to my home.=20
When I got home I was looking the camera up just to read more about it
and found it for $100 less. I called the store not even 2 hours later
and told the manager. He didn't offer to do anything so I cancelled the
order.=20
The next day when I got home from work there was a message that he
couldn't stop the shipment, because of the holiday. Again he was no help
when I called him back to get information to try to stop UPS. All I need
was a tracking number. He said you should have an email with the
tracking number. Today is the second day I don't have any emails from
Ritz with a tracking number.=20
So now it is my responsibility to return the camera and worry about
getting my refund.=20
Not good customer service.=20
