My internet/phone promo with AT&T having come to an end, I was looking =
for a bundle for phone, internet and television that I would not have to =
renew after 6 months or a year. In other words, I was NOT looking for a =
promo or a "deal" in a temporary sense. AT&T offered the three -phone, =
internet and Dish 200 basic programming for $99 per month. Though at =
the time we have Cable programming, we decided to switch so we could =
have all three on one bill.
After almost all the paperwork was done and the Dish programming =
was being established, I was informed I could not sign up for this =
"bundle" as I was already a Dish customer---we receive Sky Angle =
programming through Dish and have previously been a Dish customer.

THIS I DO NOT understand. Why would you turn away a perspective long =
term customer for ANY reason? Keep in mind that as far as I know this =
would be an ongoing contract not a temporary promo. So, you lose a =
customer-I stay with Cable and we both lose. I don't understand the =
logic in this decision. How quickly and for what reason are you giving =
me to prefer Dish networking with such an predjucicial decision? I =
thank you if you actually take the time to read and review this type of =
decision.=20
