Dear sir,

I am a hdfc bank salary acount holder having account no 0031050401255 =

is making a complaint that I am not able to make my personnal loan =

payment because of your hdfc harasment or policy. Today I went to =

hdfc old rajender nagar NEW DELHI for depositing cash in my own =

account which I have deposited priorly so maney time, but the teller =

refuse to receive the money and told me you can not deposit the money =

as you have salary account you have to go to your home branch.One thing =

I am confirming that my home branch is LONG DISTANCE AT k.g marg =

CANNUGHT PLACE. which is far distance from me , as a working person I =

cannot visit my home branch for depositing cash regularly, Presently =

I have three kinds hdfc bank liability which I have honestly =

honouring it,Onother point is the branches and phone banking =

personel r telling different thing , the hdfc phone services is =

telleing that you can depositing cash in your own account at any =

branches , even the teller of the rajender nagar branch mr rohit =

tiwari refuses to talk your phone banker and told me I will not =

talk , tell them mail me to do so. The officer of your rajender nagar =

branch is also not responding me properly, Finally I wants know that =

wheather there is any change of policy in your bank, If change why =

should I suffer for that, atleast you should fulfill the commitment =

which have been committed your bank , account holder can deposit =

cash at any branch I also told the officer I can prove my identity and =

signature what ever you need,

If some one is telephoning you people r telling that hdfc how can i =

help you, actually your is not doing this . It will feedback me to do =

the same .

Therefore request you give me the ways how I will solve this on my =

mail urgently. If you do not solve this I woll take it lightly.=20
