The infinity of melbourne florida sold us a 2005 Q56 suv in 05'. The
problems began after we bought it and as I write this our vehicle in
in for another service call. They continue to tell me infinity
vehicles do not have automatic door locks yet their own manual says
it does. I have complain over and over to no avail. Their local
commercials on TV tell of great customer service but their service
dept. is terrible. In the two years we have owned the vehicle we have
brought it in for service of riding very rough, seats not working
properly, sun roof sticking and not opening, car having hard time
starting, radio not working, front brakes locking causing grinding,
dash lcd's not working on two occasions, seat belts locking up, a/c
not working many occasions and many other issues. We have had eddie
baurer expedition's and never had as many issues as with this
vehicle. We thought we were stepping up to a better vehicle but
infinity's are a joke of a vehicle and their service is terrible. One
of my employee's bought a nissan truck and is having many of the same
problems. I see it as nissan who makes infinity producing poor. poor
poor vehicles.
