I ordered a pair of flip flops from myshoestore.com on May 30, 2007.
The confirmation said it could take up to 2 weeks for my order to be
processed, It also said if there were problems, I'd be notified.
On June 19th, I emailed the customer service inquiring about my order,
and I didn't recieve a response until June 22. At that point they told
me that they had not received the product from their vendor, but was
expecting a shipment any day, that hopefully I would be receiving my
shipment within 7-10 days, and would be notified when shipped.
On June 28, I still haven't received any notification, so I emailed them
again. On June 29, I received a response stating that they would be
receiving the shipment on Monday (July 2nd), and they would be shipped
out immediately. It's now Friday, July 6th and I still haven't gotten
any notification. =20
I just emailed myshoestore.com again, and told them if I couldn't have
my order to me by Friday (July13), to cancel the order. =20
