Fraud by expresscaremas.com ! To Whom It May Concern,
On Tue, 3 Jul 2007 (3 days ago) I ordered 1. Nikon D200 w/Wide Angle Package: $1,139.00 (a day before was $1.109 online price) 2. Nikon Zoom 18-200mm f/3.5 - 5.6G EDIF AFS DX VR Autofocus Lens w/USA Warranty: $629.00 So the total is about: $1768 free handling and shipping and tax. That was my original order. Express Camera charged me for 2,329.99 - They lied about the prices and over charged my account!
The horrible nightmare is: Express Cameras is sending the package to my address on July 5, 2007 after I called them to hold on July 3, 2007 with Peter Handers and July 4th, and the 5th, 2007 for cancellation and email them on July 4 and 5, 2007 (I ordered it on July 3, 2007; order #136184). I told him "Peter Handers" that I didn't want that package because he was lying to me about the products and upgrade everything that I don't event understand what he was talking about, he pushed me to accept his products offer and no invoice being sending to me at all about the products.
On July 4, 2007, when I cancelled it by phone in the morning after noticed there is no email back from this company, the guy name “Adam” whose voice similar with Peter said that I could not cancel it because that’s on holiday (July 4, 2007) and then he said because of Chris and Peter were not there and then, he said that he is just an operator; the crazy thing is he can access my order on his company computer, Why he can access to the company computer system if he is just an operator? Operators don't have access like that for sure to the good company data system. And why he is still there while others such as Chris and Peter or other manager were not there? He told me that I had to wait until July 5, 2007. I left a message to “Adam” to tell Peter or Chris or any managers who are in charge that I canceled the order and to call me back for confirmation and even email him! Peter or Express Cameras has never replied any email because they are scam and their actions are fraud!
And then on July the 5, 2007 I got hold by phone with Peter and he said that he couldn’t do it because he already sent it? How come he still sent it anyway without sending me first the list of order that was created by him, without my agreement and after I canceled it at least for 3 times by phone and email??? He said he didn’t get the email because email didn’t send to Express Cameras’ email Box on holiday? This is an indication of the bad business company! Good company will check email from customers to make sure if any special request from customers or cancellation or any other problems; Normal and Good company will contact the customer right away after got the message by email or by phone for several times to make sure their customers are happy with the orders and make sure that the customers know and understand what they are buying! At the end of a long battle conversation on the phone with him (Peter), he was trying to fool me again. He was so rude and not honest at all and he was trying to frightening me to charge me for his shipping, packaging and insurance! He totally fooled me and refused my cancellation!! I was so un-wise for ordering products from this scam, scamp and fraudulent company! I didn't know they are scam! But I am doing something about this and they will not get away for all the headache, time, and phone calls that they cost me.
I sent them email again on July 6, 2007 to remind them about the cancellation!
Shortly my complaints are about: 1. miss-leading on company website about the prices (the price there is not the right one) 2. miss-leading about the quality of the product (information about the products are not clear and miss leading) 3. Over charged to my account 4. Rejecting to cancel my order (I canceled it, they didn't want) 5. They sent the products that I didn't want and I already canceled. 6. Delay for more than two hour to listen to my complaint about the products and services. They put me on hold and different people talked to me on the phone and still No solution 7. When I tried to call RMA, the operator put me on hold for more than 30 minutes RMA of Express Company didn’t pick up the phone and; after try 3 times I gave up!
What I want are 1. Cancellation of the order without any charge from Express Camera 2. Give back my credit/my money! 3. No bad credit report on my credit history because of this scam 4. A Justice; and no more victims of Express Camera!
