- Claim Number 620106118 - AIG HI Customer care, STOP Payment notice for the claim This is Venkat here...I am Brother of M.R.Jayashree, and we had given the car service, @ Mayura AutoCraft (St.Thomas Mount, Chennai) Now that the service quality is poor, we are not satisfied with the quality of Service 1. A/C is not sati factionary 2. The water tank which is stores water for the car Mirror washing (Wiper) is leaking 3. Petrol was stolen in the car for about 10 to 15 Liter 4. Head light fittings are not rightly done And I am not sure technically what more problem is there............ I am not satisfied with the service and hence I request not to make the payment for them.... My sister did not sent the satisfictonary form yet If the AIG provides payments still, I might take legal notice on AIG & Mayura as well...Since Payment had been released with out customer notice....and before the completion of work..... They also denied to return the old spares Also the vehicle was not toed, the charges of toe was shown on the bill and hence request you check on this........They initially said to me that they will toe the vehicle and later they managed to bring the vehicle by slowly driving the vehicle and they said that driving is toeing..... If I understood correctly toeing is the pulling the vehicle using another recovery vehicle if my understanding is correct they had not toed the vehicle.............. They were trying to cheat the Insurance people and the customer as well...........
