Sub Zero Refrigerator

Bought and had installed a $5,500 built in Sub Zero side by side with ICE

AND WATER DISPENSER. Big mistake! They obviously haven't perfected that

ice and water dispenser and icemaker yet! The ice comes out so fast and

furious it falls all over the floor and broke a water glass doing it once.

The ice bin ices up and solid frozen ice is all over the bin, hardened.

Solid. You have to take the front face type shelf off, then remove the ice

bin, and run hot water over it to dislodge the ice. This happens at least

once a month.

Our ice falls all over our floor ALL THE TIME and the water sprays out onto

the ice in the glass and then out onto our clothing, not in a nice even

quiet stream into the glass like normal fridges. It is and has been a

nightmare. Sub Zero WON'T take the fridge back. They will do nothing. Now

after 3 years there is of course, no warranty.
