Ge profile microwave from Sears I hope you can help. I remodeled my kitchen and purchased my entire electric appliances from Sears. Everything was fine accept the microwave which came damaged. We didn't think too much about this and Sears ordered another one for us and it also was damaged. This damage is happening at the manufacturer, there are no dents or tears in the packaging, the microwave is actually sucked in on one side and parts are protruding out the opposite side which makes me fear the operation of the appliance could be in danger. We started this venture in March and are on our 6th reorder with Sears. They have referred me to the GE consumer line who wouldn't help me since I bought this item from Sears and said Sears needs to make it good. I can't get anywhere with Sears accept to keep reordering this item to no satisfaction. Sears tells me there is no other model with GE they can order me in Bisque and I am stuck because all of my new appliances match the Bisque GE Profile. I have gone to management at Sears who said they have called their GE rep and gotten no call backs and they are checking with their upper management in Chicago (that was several weeks ago) to see what if anything can be done. I worked in retail for 11 years and we wouldn't have let this go on for this length of time. I am so frustrated and feel I am at a dead end with this store.
