CompuDirect is engaging in deceptive advertising and committing fraud.

The price they advertised is comparable with other vendors. Based on

that fact, I did not think that it would be refurbished. So, I decided

to purchased a LogiTech MX Revolution Mouse from them. It turned out

that they shipped me a refurbished mouse in a plastic bag. They did

not even include the software CD. I called thinking that they may have

made a mistake. The respond from the person behind the phone was: "all

the parts are there, are they not?" I knew then that I was deceived.

As a respectable individual in my community, I was upset that I was

being deceived and treated like an unwanted dog. I decided to request

for a return. They asked that I file my request online at their

website. Three business day has passed and they have not respond to my

inquiry. They did send an automatic email saying they received my

request three day ago.

They charge 20% re-stocking fee even though they mis-lead me into

purchasing it. If I am able to get a refund from them, I will ended

loosing a total of $33 for the re-stocking fee and shipping and

returning costs.

Please save yourself the trouble, money and headache and do not buy

anything from them. They are crooks!
