Complaint about CompUSA

I recently moved and did not receive one of my last bills until after its due date.  I was charged a late fee and when I called I was told that it was my responsibility to pay on time.  I found this interesting since I didn't have the bill to pay.  Only 50% of the fee was removed.  My concern for CompUSA as a company is that it is wrong to fault a customer who has always paid on time and will continue to do so.  It’s not about the money, it’s the principal.  The fact that CompUSA is the only company that charged me a late fee is unfortunate.<SPAN

style="mso-spacerun: yes">  It's no wonder it is not doing well and I can promise that this is the last purchase I will ever make from CompUSA and will encourage those that I know to steer clear as well.
