We ordered a garage storage/workbench unit which was to be installed

4 days ago . We never received a call or any explanation until I

called to check the day after it was scheduled to be installed . I

was told the installers had loaded the incorrect job and then went to

the incorrect installation. A second installation date is set for

tomorrow . The down-payment charge

has already been charged on our Visa. We shall see .

I wish I had read these comments sooner !
