Cellular Blowout / Phone Sale Cellular Blowout has a web site that claims to be the #1 Web site for cell phones. I ordered a phone on the website on June 25, 2007 and I called on June 28 to see if the phone would be to my by June 29. (I had indicated a faster delivery date (3-days)). I called multiple times and only got an answering machine. The message was that they were open 8 am to 5 pm PT and I was calling for about 2 hours non stop between 9am-11am PT. I left numerous messages.
I received a call back from someone by the name of "Armando" he was rude and impolite. He told me I had attitude. I told him that it was not customery to charge a persons credit card before merchandise is shipped and that I needed the phone by June 29. He informed me that the phone had not even shipped and that it probably would not ship until Monday, July 2. I told him that it was too late and that I wanted to cancel the order and have the charges taken off my credit card. He said it would be taken care of by Monday, July 2. As of Friday, July 6 9:30 pm PT, it still is on my credit card statement.
VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. I DON"T THINK THEY ACTUALLY EXIST. MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY HAS BEEN NOTIFIED OF THIS FRAUD SO I AM PROTECTED. I JUST HOPE NO ONE ELSE GETS ROOKED BY THIS LESS THAN HONORABLE GROUP.

I have tried a few times to reach you by phone and have had no luck. A couple of days ago a person by the name of Armando called me and said that the order would be cancelled and the charges would be reversed on my credit card. This conversation took place on Thursday which has been 2 full business days ago, plenty of time to cancel this order and reverse the charges to my credit card.
I needed this phone by Monday, July 2. When I called on Thursday and finally was called back after leaving numerous messages, I found out that the phone had not even been shipped yet. I also had asked for 3 day shipment so I would get it within the week from the day I ordered it, June 25. The charge was posted to my credit card almost immediately after the order was placed online. Armando told me late Thursday that the phone would most likely not ship until July 2, which is the date I needed it. So you can see the problem. I do like your prices but I needed the phone by today because I am going out of town tomorrow for a 2 week vacation.
I would really appreciate your expediant care in taking care of this.

Please call me if you have any questions. My credit card company will not pay this since no merchandise was ever shipped nor signed for by myself. I would like to use your company in the future but I can't do so if you can not take care of this in a timely manner. I have dealt with this "Armando" person too. My order was placed on Dec 8 2007 and I have not yet to receive my order. I have called and emailed these folks numerous times with little to no responses. I too am contacting Visa to stop payment. I will never do business with these folks again.
