Budget Car Rental

Budget Car Rental On August 19,2005 I went to Budget Rental at the Seattle/Tacoma Airport = to pick up a car that I had reserved in June. After waiting more than = 45 minutes to get to the agent I was told that the Premium Car I had = reserved was not ready but that he could upgrade me to a Luxury car for = something like $300.00 more per week. I said I wanted the car I had = reserved and I was told it would be 20 to 30 minutes before it was = ready. I firmly believe they use this ruse to bring in more money and = that the agents probably get a commission of some kind to promote this. = I was not the only one that they were doing this to as a number of us = were waiting for cars and I doubt very much if all of them were waiting = for the Premium car. When they finally called me back to the counter = and I went to get the car there were a number of Premium cars in their = pick up area. By the time I finally got the car it had been 1-1/2 hours = with only nine people in front of me when I got in line. When on vacation people do not want to spend this sort of time over = something that should be so simple.
