I have been having trouble chasing a refund due to me from the company named above. I've copied the emails below that have gone back and forth between us, adding my comments in red text.. To summarise my problem: * I placed an order on andysautosport's website, paying $1266.41 for the goods with my debit card on 29th May * The company emailed me on 5th June to say some of the goods had been discontinued, after a few other emails to discuss the options, I requested on 13th June by email, for the goods that were in stock to be sent, with a refund being paid for the remainder of the order * The goods I received plus the postage would have cost $599.54, (I have attached a test order that I did to see how much it would have cost). * I received a refund of only $315.04 on 14th June, leaving a balance due of $351.83. * I have since sent several other emails regarding the balance due,which have had no response. My mother has even phoned and spoken to Mr Marinov on my behalf as due to the time difference I am unable to make the call - all to no avail. He is saying 'it's with the Accounts Dept.' yet the first refund came within one day. I would be grateful if you could help at all, or point me in the right direction. Many thanks Chris Greenwood ps.
