I am willing to pay this debt off as soon as possible. I will do payment arrangements in order to get this payment paid. My account is:. I spoke to Brandon Mee at phone number 800-933-6736 x2152. I told him that I could not pay the 2784.51 today. He told me that I had no choice but to make the payment today or he will sue me. He told me, "Do whatever it takes to pay me the money." "He told me to have a yard sale, borrow money from friends and family, or whatever." In order for him not to sue me today, I told him that I had to sell my car. He say, "That was fine." I want to make the payments, but he told me that I was harassing him because I was calling him. He told me that he was going to sue me for harassment because I am trying to make payments. He also to me that "Debtors don't have rights."

I am willing to make payments and pay off this debt, but when someone says, "Do whatever it takes to pay me the money", what does that mean? He was upset that I spent 2784.51 and had nothing to show for it. Some of that money was for college books, college classes and other things. I was victim of ID-theft with this account too, but I don't care. I want to pay it off. Please, can someone help me with this. I promise to pay every dime.

Also, I asked if I can send in a payment and he told me, that they don't have an address and that they only take credit card payments. I don't own a credit card.

He told me that he filed my case with the lawyer, but when I told him that I will sell my car, then he told me that he will not talk to the lawyer until Monday.

I can pay next week, but I don't know what to do next.
