I too am a victim of this company. Placed an order early January '07 - it's July and no magazines. I too have received many of the "canned" responses reported here and in several other sites (epinions.com). All the options they give me are useless. My order is "not found". The option to cancel & get a refund doesn't work. Just today I received another canned response....apologizing for the problem....putting a rush on the order.....4-12 weeks arrival. Yeah sure!

Well....I got angry a month ago. I did a lot of online research re this company. The Better Business Bureau of NY has received over 500 complaints in the past 12 months regarding the very same problem I've encountered. I added mine of course. I also filed a complaint with the FTC (ftc.org) and the FBI (fraud.org). Please do the same for yourself.

These people need to be put out of business!
