<P>A little over a year ago my daughter purchased a Dell "Inspiron" E1505 laptop she used my unlisted phone number as a contact because at the time she was changing cell phone providers and the purchase was to be delivered to my home address (she has since moved) at one point she appearently fell behind in her payments and this number (800-443-1638) began popping up on my caller ID several times a day,but they would never leave a message.</P>

<P>On one occasion I happened to be home when they called they were looking for my daughter I explained that she no longer resided at this address and offered the caller HER phone number so that they could call HER directly and requested that they update their records and no longer call MY number..they refused to take HER number but continued to call MY number up to 10 (ten) times a day I called their customer service number and explained the problem to them..I was given a confirmation # and was assured that the problem would be "corrected" right away and they apologised for the inconvience..what a joke..the very next day they called MY number 10 times..I explained the problem to the caller and once again offered them my daughters DIRECT phone number and once again they rufused to take it.</P>

<P>To make a very long story short, they continued to call MY phone # up to 10 or more times a day..never leave a message..this went on EVERYDAY (weekends too) for OVER SIX WEEKS !! I sent the customer service an email and recieved the following response:</P>

<P>Appearently, my daughter missed another payment because once again they are calling ME.. this is absurd, they wont discuss the matter&nbsp;between my DAUGHTER and them..they won't take&nbsp;HER direct phone number to contact her directly, but continue to call MY phone several times a day, although I have made SEVERAL REQUESTS that they NOT call this number..I dont do any business with DELL !!</P>

<P>These people are absoluetly relentless, rude, VERY&nbsp;ANNOYING..and DON'T LISTEN !!&nbsp; As a direct result of MY HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE WITH DELL it is very UNLIKELY that I would ever do business with nor recommend them to anyone.<BR><BR><BR><BR><BR></P>
