Whirlpool Washing Machine/A & E Factory Service

Factory Service provider for washing machine has been unsuccessful

over the past month in getting the machine repaired and operating.

Whirlpool defers to A & E and refuses to discuss replacing the

machine. It is only 2.5 years old and I have paid for the extended

warranty and service agreement. They also refuse to call in another

repair company even though A & E technicians are obviously

incompetent and/or the machine is not repairable. A & E is a very

difficulty company to deal with and refuse to accommodate our

schedules when setting up service. It's their way or no way!
