Complaint about JCPenny store Dear sir/madam,I ordered Ashley soft with sleeper from JCPenny store in Peo= ria, IL on Dec 09, 2006. Order number:891879. We found the cushion was defe= ctive. We called JCPenny customer service once and visited store furniture = department three times. We took the pictures of the defective sofa to the s= tore associates and emailed the pictures to the sales lady, Vickie Jefferso= n. The store also sent person to check the problems twice and got the repor= t. Every time we went to the store, the furniture department staff said the= y would definitely fix the problem, which is to replace the sofa. However, = there is no phone call, no email since then. It's been three months since I= first dealed with JCPenny staff on early April. It seems JCPenny is not re= sponsible for the defective goods they sold and cheat to customer.
